During his 30 years of distinguished service with the Singapore Air Force, Richard developed and implemented information security managements systems, and policies, procedures and SOPs. Richard has multiple certifications from IAAP in data privacy and data protection, and regularly conducts data protection as well as cybersecurity education for clients.
Andrew Ong

Andrew has 30+ years in IT, cybersecurity, and risk and compliance in the IT and banking industries. He is a startup entrepreneur having started, grown and exited multiple venture backed companies. Andrew is ISO 27001 certified and acts as CISO for RAYN as well as RAYN’s clients.
Yew Hong Leong

Yew Hong has 30+ years in technology risk & cyber risk management. He has held numerous senior level positions in both government and private organisations as CISO (Frasers REITS) as well as Head of Security and Risk Management (GIC, Singapore Power, MAS). At MAS, he led a technology risk team supervising financial institutions. Yew Hong is the first Singaporean to obtain CISSP certification. Yew Hong leads our R&D team and also serves as RAYN's CISO to our CISO as a Service clients.

Naresh has over 30+ years of experience in technology businesses, with particular focus in product marketing and go-to-market for venture-backed startups and public companies. Naresh has invested in and raised +$40M in financing, generated +$30M in pre-acquisition revenue, and exited 4 out of his 12 startups. Naresh is a certified Registered Management Consultant.
